The documentation required for your Spanish Mortgage is as follows:

• Passport / permit of residence / Identity Card (Spanish) of applicants.
• Tax Declaration (Spanish) for the last financial year.
• Your latest salary slips x2 (employed workers only).
• Proof of other income, if applicable.
• The Declaration deed paper for new building. Obtain from either the property developer or the current owner of the property.
• Private sale purchase contract or letter of offer.
• Proof of income tax payments made during the current financial year and declaration of assets (self-employed only).
• Your Foreign Residents Number (N.I.E)
